Welcome, I am Richard an artist living in Cumbria, home to the Lake District and the wild Cumbrian coast, both of which gives me my inspiration for my work.

 

I have always enjoyed drawing and went to study fine art and sculpture at Carlisle College of Art.

 

I have continued making a living as an artist throughout my life. Today my favourite painting styles use acrylic, oils and watercolours.
